every keyboardist's nightmare.

the lulls continue. the next chapter is coming soon. i now have hope that there may be light at the end of the tunnel. that there may be love to be had. that the music will linger. i think my shell is cracking.

until that moment, though, there's at least this (courtesy of titleofshow's blog) to make us smile. Speaking of which, TOS is off to BROADWAY! Congrats to them. I can't imagine they won't have a wildly successful run.

so, today we recorded a demo of the show. only 5 more weeks to catch these amazing performers (melissa dye and edward watts) and the west coast premiere of gregg coffin's newest show. tomorrow at 2pm (TUESDAY, JAN 22), we will be on KXJZ (90.9 FM), performing 2 songs and talking about the show.

the reviews are out. the sacramento bee gave "rightnextto me" three and a half stars. NPR said it would be one of the best productions for the entire year. there are links to the reviews on the front page of my site. if you go to the NPR site, you can actually hear clips of me playing with singers melissa dye and edward watts. the show runs for 6 weeks. come say hello if you come to the production!
